Breeze

I was tasked to drive UX Design for Breeze, a new product by CareCloud. CareCloud wanted to modernize the medical practice by taking an antiquated disjointed workflow and create a system that integrated the entire practice under one efficient platform.

Over 6 months, I worked closely with CareClouds product & development teams. I facilitated multiple design sprints, conducted user testing internally & externally with beta testers. I worked closely with four designers to create a consistent experience across four device platforms that are now deployed and serving over 10k + patients across the US.

Shortly after completion, Breeze was shortlisted by the SaaS Awards for best UX design award.
