Eazyo lets hotel, resort & spa guests order items from restaurants, kiosks or retails stores on property. Orders can be delivered, set for pick up, or sent to a visitors room.
The biggest challenge was solving for the large geographical area and a historically manual process of moving servers across the property to find guests. This workflow impacted the guest experience and negatively impacted the bottom line.
Facilitating design sprints & meeting with property operators, I worked with Eazyo to design a solution for employees & managers to locate users on the property, keep them updated about the status of their orders, and allow them to complete an order their smartphones.
Aside from digital solutions, I also consulted on order workflow changes that would improve overall guest expectation management.
